By accessing or using Pathfinders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CODEXr Inc.

Pathfinders is an educational self-advocacy tool that provides AI-powered guidance for U.S. military veterans navigating the VA disability claims process. The service analyzes your self-reported service history and health conditions against publicly available VA regulations to generate a personalized claim strategy.

Pathfinders is NOT legal advice, NOT legal representation, and NOT a substitute for consultation with an accredited attorney or Veterans Service Organization (VSO). We do not file claims on your behalf, represent you before the VA, or guarantee any specific claim outcome.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pathfinders offers subscription plans: Base ($14.99/month) and Pro ($29.99/month). Optional add-ons include VSO Review ($49 one-time) and Attorney Consultation ($299 one-time). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases, no questions asked.

All content, design, code, and AI-generated output on the Pathfinders platform is owned by CODEXr Inc. You retain full ownership of your personal data, military service information, health condition descriptions, and claim information that you submit to the platform.

Pathfinders is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific claim outcome will be achieved. We do not guarantee any particular disability rating or benefit amount.

CODEXr Inc. shall not be liable for any claim outcomes, VA decisions, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for decisions made by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, use automated tools to scrape or access the service, misrepresent your identity or service history, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis system.

Your use of Pathfinders is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including sensitive military service and health data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Pathfinders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
